We were buying remotely ahead of our move to the Twin Cities and Jessica was incredibly helpful and professional. We're also first-time homebuyers and she was there for us regardless of the time difference (we were 4 hours behind before we moved). Jessica was really helpful as it was my first time buying. She was almost always able to accommodate the showing times and always answered or find the answers for my questions. Communications with her was great as she was very responsive. She gave her opinions on the places we've seen and help me see how I would fit in each place which was really helpful when deciding but was also realistic about my budget.

Jessica has been a tremendous help. My husband and I are live out of state, looking for our first house in the twin cities. As you can imagine, the stress and anxiety of house hunting from out of state.Jessica was very responsive, a go getter and gave us honest factual information about the neighborhood and house itself. We did virtual tours as soon as we find a house we liked online. We only did 3 virtual house tour before Jessica got us the right house in just two weekends!!!
